Eddie Borgo, resident jeweler to the cool kids in town and fashion cognoscenti alike, is tapping a nerve that’s quickly reigniting popular interest in the design and salability of costume jewelry. Resident cool kid, himself, Borgo’s particular brand of uber-chic, punk- inflected modern street jewels, is putting costume jewelry back on the map, and… a stud on the arm of every sartorialist from New York to Paris.
